All products sold by Notion Forest are digital goods. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping or return logistics apply.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon subscription activation, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect selection. You are responsible for reviewing the plan description and included templates before subscribing.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to your templates until the paid period ends.
4. EU / UK CUSTOMERS — 14‑DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
If you are a resident of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not given explicit consent to begin downloading or accessing the content immediately.
By subscribing to any Notion Forest plan, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital templates, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14‑day withdrawal right once you begin downloading or using the templates. This consent is requested and confirmed during the checkout process.
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your templates, please contact us at support@notionforest.store within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable efforts, you may request a refund, which we will evaluate on a case‑by‑case basis.
6. REFUND PROCESS
If we approve a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
