3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
(a) By subscribing to any of our plans (Starter, Pro, Business, or Agency), you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee associated with that plan.
(b) Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis.
(c) You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
(d) We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with reasonable advance notice. Any changes will be communicated to you before they take effect.
(e) Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
4. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS
When you subscribe to Notion Forest, you receive a license to use the templates in accordance with your plan level. The specific license rights are as follows:
(a) Starter and Pro Plans: You are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the templates for your own personal projects and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates as standalone products.
(b) Business Plan: You are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the templates for your own business and client projects. You may use the templates for up to 5 business clients simultaneously. You may not resell or redistribute the templates as standalone products.
(c) Agency Plan: You are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the templates for unlimited client projects. You may include the templates as part of a productized service offering. White‑label rights are included, meaning you may remove Notion Forest branding from the templates. You may not resell the templates as standalone digital products.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
(a) Reselling or redistributing our templates as standalone digital products.
(b) Sharing your account credentials with others.
(c) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or proprietary content of our website.
(d) Using our templates for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to templates, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Notion Forest or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our templates and destroy any downloaded copies.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our templates and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific needs or that access will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notion Forest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
